Refund policy

We have a 3 -5 day return policy, which means you have 3 -5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
  5. Once the product return is received, we will send you the replacement of the same product based on availability. If eligible for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days.
3. Refunds
  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 2 4 days of receiving the returned item. Any shipping charges incurred on the returned product will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned in less-than-perfect condition).
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
4. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info.pravoham@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Availability of the replacement item is subject to stock.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping of the original item, as well as any shipping fees for the replacement item.
  • If the size received matches the order but doesn’t fit, an exchange can be requested but will be subject to the standard Rs. 199/- exchange fee.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info.pravoham@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
